We are seeking a Clerical Administrator to join our team in Kilrush, Co. Clare
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing emails and correspondence, updating shared folders, liaising with family members and handling phone calls.
In addition to these duties the individual will also maintain and input statistics into Excel, file preparation and uploading documents to the database.
* A minimum of 6-12 months professional clerical/administration experience is required;
* Highest level proficiency in Microsoft Office Word & Excel along with excellent communication skills;
The ideal candidate must have high attention to detail as well as strong organisational abilities.
