The Group Sales Coordinator will support the sales effort for the Clink Hostels brand across its European destinations. You should demonstrate strong customer service, be hands-on and methodical, with a commercial mindset.

This role will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our guests, taking ownership for assigned activities whilst collaborating with your team, other colleagues, and key business partners to deliver quality results. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, reflecting the company culture and values.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure all enquiries are answered within the agreed time frame, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels and in line with Clink standards, ensuring appropriate usage of dedicated systems and equipment.
* Complete the groups process from enquiry through to final invoicing, ensuring that all Clink tools are used to maximize revenue and conversion, as well as sales and upselling opportunities.
* Handle all signed contracts in collaboration with contract partners, request rooming lists and other arrival information, as well as distributing all details to the relevant hostel stakeholders and keeping the groups booking up to date.
* Take responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
* Source knowledge of Clink brands and the specifics of hostels to better serve the customer during booking and delivery process
* Develop own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within the department, aligning with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by the company.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution while maintaining working relationships.
* Provides detailed communication lines between the Hostel team, and other stakeholders included in process.
* Ensure adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered, and documented, for internal and external audit.

Requirements:

* Excellent command of English language
* Have a strong business perspective, excellent communication skills and be adaptable to different customers and cultures.
* Demonstrate strong customer service and relationship management skills for both customers and key business stakeholders.
* Be knowledgeable about social, environmental, and financial sustainability. Commit to supporting Clink’s goal in meeting its corporate social responsibilities.
* Market research and knowledge of Clink’s locations, such as city transport, entertainment options and shopping districts.
* Have a growth and learning mindset and be committed to continuous development.
