What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents.
Promote a caring and respectful environment that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents.
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff.
Encourage independence and dignity in care practices.
Support inspections and audits to maintain top standards.
Act as Nurse in Charge when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
A third-level degree in Nursing.
Registered with An Bord Altranais with an active PIN.
Valid certification (or willingness to train) in Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, Dementia Care, etc.
A passion for delivering outstanding care.
Previous nursing home experience (preferred).
Flexibility to work day, night & weekend shifts.
