Role Overview The organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Dublin office. This role sits within the construction and consultancy environment and involves leading the delivery of complex capital projects across the full lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage capital investment projects within a construction consultancy setting Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial inception through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning Manage project management commissions with full responsibility for successful delivery Plan, direct, and supervise operations on moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact Collaborate with the wider project management team to ensure coordinated and efficient project delivery Contribute to the operational performance and development of the project management function Deliver projects in alignment with RIBA Stages 07 Work across key sectors, including healthcare and education Qualifications & Experience Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Actively pursuing chartership with SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or Engineers Ireland Affiliation with the Association for Project Management (APM) is an advantage Strong experience delivering construction and infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle Demonstrated experience in healthcare and educational project environments
