A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is expanding its Civil Engineering team in Dublin and is looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to support the delivery of high-value projects.
This is an ideal move for a Civil Engineer who's with an established consultancy but wants more ownership, more visibility on projects, and a clearer route to progression.
Youll step into a role where youll lead a small team from day one, with further growth planned over the coming months.
With a strong focus on projects across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Wexford, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients while playing a key role in shaping project delivery.
Projects: Large-scale data centre developments (€100 M+) Commercial developments (€50 M+) State-of-the-art healthcare projects High-density residential schemes and LRDs (Large-Scale Residential Developments) Infrastructure and local authority projects across Dublin and the Southeast Multidisciplinary projects alongside planning, structural and environmental teams Role: Leading civil design and delivery across multiple projects Managing and mentoring a small team of engineers (3+) Taking ownership of project outputs, timelines and quality Coordinating with internal disciplines and external stakeholders Supporting project planning, design reviews and technical problem-solving Engaging directly with clients and contributing to project meetings Requirements: Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) 5+ years experience in the design of civil engineering projects, including roads and drainage Strong experience in Auto CAD, Revit, Civil 3 D, Site 3 D and/or similar civil engineering design software Experience working on Irish projects or familiarity with local standards is strongly desirable Strong communication skills with the confidence to take initiative Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential Must be based in Ireland with full working rights Salary & Benefits: €55,000 - €65,000+ DOE + benefits Hybrid working (2 days WFH per week) Pension scheme and Cycle to Work scheme Accredited CPD programme Opportunity to lead projects and develop a team Clear progression pathway as the Dublin office continues to grow If youre an experience Civil Engineer, ready for more responsibility and a clearer path forward to leadership, please reach out to Jade Murray at J.murr for a confidential chat.
