This shift-based role provides direct quality oversight on the shop floor, ensuring that all manufacturing activities meet the highest standards of compliance, data integrity, and documentation accuracy. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production teams, driving right-first-time execution, and maintaining alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approve production documentation (batch records, logbooks, SOPs, work instructions).Provide active shop floor presence to coach and guide teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Support batch review and product release activities.Contribute to investigations of deviations and ensure effective corrective actions.Act as a quality representative on cross-functional projects and capital equipment qualification.Support site programs in change management, deviation management, CAPAs, calibration, and maintenance.Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.Candidate ProfileDegree in Science, Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline.Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shift environment.What's on OfferOpportunity to work in a high-performing production team.Competitive package aligned with experience.Shift pattern providing extended blocks of time off.Training and professional development opportunities.
