We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team at our prestigious co-educational boarding school location, and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in catering and hospitality services.
About the Role
* You'll be the face of the sites Sodexo services as you manage the client relationship. Working closely with staff and clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional experiences across all events, outlets and services.
* Manage and supervise the catering team to deliver a nutritious and varied food offer, meeting the dietary requirements of all students and staff.
* Lead the way in ensuringfull compliance with food hygiene, health & safety regulations, and allergen management protocols.
* Take control and manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and value for money.
* Make a lasting impact as youtrain, inspire and motivate a high-performing catering team.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior catering, hospitality, or client management role, ideally within an educational or residential setting.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
* Flexibility to support weekend operations if required.
* Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
