We are seeking a driven and commercially focused individual to support the growth of our Base Maintenance operation.
The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building long term customer relationships and delivering revenue targets. Key Responsibilities include: developing new sales pipelines, converting leads into maintenance inputs and preparing commercial proposals for prospective customers. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to conduct market research, maintain accurate records within CRM systems and undertake additional duties aligned with the role.
'Degree or equivalent experience within aviation or aircraft maintenance' is desired but not essential as we provide training in all aspects of the job. Proven track record in business development or sales would be beneficial.',
