Keeper is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our high‑producing EMEA sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland and will work either from our Cork office (hybrid) or remotely outside the commutable zone.

About The Role
The Inside Sales Representative will drive new business within a designated geography or vertical, manage a full sales cycle, and achieve quota. The role reports to the Manager of Inside Sales and requires complex selling skills.
Responsibilities
Thrive in a supportive yet independent workplace.
Target new customers through cold outreach and lead‑generation campaigns via phone and email.
Manage the complete sales cycle.
Communicate with Spanish‑ and English‑speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.
Schedule weekly sales meetings with new clients.
Ensure all customers are on an active Keeper contract.
Build and maintain a constant pipeline of prospects.
Act as a product subject‑matter expert, staying current on changes and updates.
Participate in cold‑call/role‑play activities and shadow calls with colleagues.
Develop relationships with prospect contacts.
Utilise additional sales resources to target and identify new business opportunities.
Leverage Salesforce.com to reflect pipeline and account activity accurately.
Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of software sales experience.
Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM.
Proven track record selling software to IT organisations.
Salesforce experience.
Web‑conference demo experience.
Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Positive, team‑oriented, results‑driven, and organized mindset.
Deadline and detail‑oriented.
Experience managing a full sales cycle.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Cybersecurity experience.
Knowledge of the information security industry.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
Experience with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com.
