Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and contribute to achieving service goals.
* Maintain the store environment and operations; assist with opening and closing of the boutique and housekeeping duties.
* Understand and work toward individual sales and service goals.
* Support the execution of in-store events and ensure high visual merchandising standards.
* Be aware of stock and inventory; maintain high housekeeping standards.
* Adhere to brand grooming guidelines and drive an omni-channel approach; stay aware of competitor activity.
Qualifications
* Warm, kind and friendly demeanor with a can-do attitude.
* Passion for service and storytelling; adaptable and versatile; groomed, clean and crisp image.
