We are currently seeking General Operatives to join our growing team in Galway, Tuam, Mountbellew and Athenry.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general site duties including material handling, site preparation, and assisting tradespeople.Support concrete works, shuttering, and groundworks as directed by the Site Foreman or Supervisor.Maintain cleanliness and organisation on-site to ensure a safe working environment.Operate small tools and equipment under supervision.Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily site objectives.RequirementsValid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.Previous on-site experience preferred (minimum 1 year desirable).Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €14.73-€21.36 per hourWork Location: In person
