Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead all EHS initiatives across head office and project sites
* Manage and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Ensure full compliance with EHS legislation and ISO standards
* Identify and manage High-Risk Activities (HRAs) across multiple locations
* Develop and deliver RAMS, SOPs, toolbox talks and safety alerts
* Conduct incident investigations and manage corrective actions
* Mentor junior team members and promote a proactive safety culture
* Maintain documentation and reporting through SharePoint
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)
* 35 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering or industrial EHS roles
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all stakeholders
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint
* Willingness to travel to project sites as required
* People-first mindset and coaching approach to team management
