Job Title: Support Care Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Care Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* To work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to individual needs.
* To maintain accurate records of resident's care plans, progress, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
* To assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* To prepare healthy meals and snacks for residents, considering dietary requirements and restrictions.
* To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of resident's rooms and communal areas.
* To participate in social activities and engage residents in hobbies and interests.
* To report any changes or concerns in resident's condition to senior staff members.
Requirements:
* Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Willingness to be a team player and work collaboratively with others.
* FETEC/NFQ 5 or equivalent and a willingness to participate in training and development.
