Our client is based in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co Dublin and as part of their Commercial team, youll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting sales growth and ensuring smooth order-to-cash processes.

This is a permanent role and salary is €40k pa plus pension and 26 days holidays pa.
Note this role is office based Monday to Friday.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE : Acting as the primary contact for sales and operations teams, dealing with account-related queries and order management.
Managing order processing workflows to ensure accuracy in pricing, margins and product availability.
Working closely with sales and finance teams to align pricing strategies and margin targets.
Analysing customer orders and account activity to spot upselling opportunities and improve profitability.
Providing detailed product and pricing information for quotations and contract negotiations.
Preparing insightful reports on sales performance, pricing trends and margin analysis to guide decision-making.
Using SAP to process orders, track inventory and maintain account accuracy.
Supporting issue resolution on billing, pricing and deliveries while escalating complex cases as needed.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity across systems.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Building strong market knowledge by tracking competitor pricing, market dynamics and industry trends.
Collaborating cross-functionally to align commercial objectives and deliver an excellent customer experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : 35 years experience in customer service OR sales support SAP experience ideally Strong commercial awareness, particularly around pricing, margins and profitability.
Previous exposure to sales processes.
Strong commercial acumen Excellent communication skills.
Skilled at relationship-building An analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and Excel reporting.
Highly detail-oriented with accuracy in handling pricing/financial data.
A team player who also takes initiative and ownership.
Flexible, adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
