Drive sales: increase OTC sales through link selling.
Put patients first: advise and assist customers with all store products.
Deliver exceptional patient care: engage actively with customers and provide a high standard of customer service.
Stay fully informed: develop excellent product knowledge.
Point of sale accuracy: perform till duties with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.
