Agribusiness Graduate


Description:

We are seeking an Agribusiness Graduate to join our team as a customer support representative.

* As the primary point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* You will be responsible for creating and processing sales orders within our internal system.
* Your tasks will include preparing quotations, confirming pricing, and following up with customers as required.

Main Responsibilities:

* You will manage website and online shop enquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt responses and effective solutions.
* You will oversee the end-to-end processing of online orders, guaranteeing timely fulfilment and delivery.
* Additionally, you will maintain and update our web shop, including product details, pricing, images, and stock levels.

Skills & Qualifications:

* You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You must be proficient in computer skills, including order entry systems, email, and spreadsheets.
* A strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is essential.
