Social Media IT Helpdesk (Community Support – Remote, Ireland)
12 months contract | €36 per hour | 40 hours/week | Remote (Ireland-based)
Bilingual: English + French, Italian, Spanish, or German
Are you active in online communities and passionate about supporting others in the digital space? We’re partnering with a leading global social media platform known for building online communities and sparking authentic conversations. They’re looking for an IT Helpdesk to join their international support team.
What You’ll Do:
* Respond to support requests from community moderators and users.
* Troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and escalate complex queries when needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderator and user experiences.
* Stay updated on platform trends and community needs to enhance support strategies.
* Weekend support may occasionally be required.
What You Bring:
* Experience as a moderator on a social platform (preferably Reddit or similar).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English and one of the following: French, Italian, Spanish, or German.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting with good time management skills.
* Interest in content moderation, digital engagement, and online safety.
This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in Ireland.
