The post holder will ensure that services are planned and delivered to achieve high-quality clinical outcomes while maintaining strong governance, oversight, and regulatory compliance.The role involves supporting the Director of Nursing in the ongoing development and continuous improvement of mental health services across the Approved Centre and associated units.
