Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and maintaining data on our applicant tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interviews across multiple time zones and locations
* Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews
* Coordinate candidate travel deadlines and SLAs
* Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes
* Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies
* Develop strong stakeholder relationships
* Analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process
Requirements:
* 2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions
* Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates
* Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar
* Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems
