* Compile and amend tender lists to optimize project outcomes.
* Draft procurement documentation to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Prepare detailed bills of quantities and measurement of construction to enable accurate cost estimation.
* Analyse tenders to identify potential risks and opportunities.
* Draft tender reports to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
* Manage variations and change control processes to maintain project timelines.
* Negotiate financially significant or complex matters with confidence.
* Conduct regular cost checks to ensure project budgetary compliance.
* Perform interim valuations to track project progress.
* Compile monthly reports to inform stakeholders on project status.
* Analyse numbers for final accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
* Produce written reports for clients to provide clear insights on project performance.
* Resolve construction disputes efficiently and effectively.
* Implement internal quality controls to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
