We're looking for an
IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team and ensure smooth daily operations across our systems, users, and devices.
What You'll Do:
Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network issues
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in a timely manner
Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and updates
Support onboarding/offboarding and manage user accounts & permissions
Monitor system performance, logs, and security compliance
Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on improvements and upgrades
Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction
What You Bring:
1–3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
Understanding of networks, security principles, and system basics
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice) is beneficial
