Temporary Customer Service & Administration Assistant

Duration – 3-6 months
Our client is looking for a friendly, organised Temporary Customer Service & Administration Assistant to support their customer product development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organise incoming product samples.
Take, upload, rename, and file product images.
Update product information across internal systems and databases.
Ensure all product images and files are received, correctly named, and uploaded to the Digital Asset Management.
Prepare samples and stock for photography sessions.
Assist during photoshoots with product preparation, organisation, and repacking.
Provide general administrative and customer service support as required.
Carry out ad hoc duties to support the wider team.
