PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (39 Hours Per Week) Salaries: €34,536 - €37,954 * (lsi) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
Essential: Minimum of Fully Completed FETAC/QQI level 5 in Healthcare qualification or (higher) equivalent comparable qualification.
Full clean manual Irish driving licence.
Requirement to drive service vehicles.
Proficiency in the English language.
Desire to support people to live their best lives and commitment to promoting the active engagement and participation of Service Users in their local communities.
Desirable: Experience working within the area of intellectual disability and of working with people who have a diagnosis of Autism and behaviours of concern.
Willingness to support persons to develop skills and competencies around identified areas of interest and learning.
*Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of Avista competency framework.
