* Ensure adherence to NMBI and organizational guidelines for medication administration and record-keeping.
* Cultivate a collaborative work culture among clients and staff.
Requirements:
* NMBI registration is mandatory.
* Previous experience in supervision or management is essential.
* Effective communication skills at all levels are crucial.
* A team-oriented mindset is vital.
* A genuine desire to collaborate with clients is necessary.
* Garda Vetting Unit approval verification is required.
* Experience and training in caring for the elderly are highly valued.
* A minimum of two years' experience in management or supervision is preferred.
