About You:
AITI qualified and/or qualified accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience
Current or recent experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a practice environment
Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory projects
In-depth knowledge of Irish tax regulations
Excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills
Confident in meeting deadlines and delivering under pressure
About Your New Role:
Always:
Advising clients on corporate tax structures, transfer pricing, and profit repatriation
Managing end-to-end transactional work on tax advisory engagements
Ensuring timely delivery of tax compliance obligations for corporate and personal clients
Working closely with Partners and senior management to develop technical and commercial expertise
Often:
Coordinating services with other departments to provide integrated client solutions
Contributing to peer-wide training initiatives
Supporting business development and marketing activities
Occasionally:
Participating in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
Assisting in client relationship development and retention
Never:
Working in isolation—this is a collaborative, team-focused environment
Filing your taxes while skydiving (although that would be impressive)
