About Tate
The Project Manager (Data Centre MEP) will oversee and manage the complete project lifecycles within Tate, ensuring timely and quality project completion of Tate installations across Data Centres within Europe, with focus on liquid cooling integration and implementation. This role involves travelling on-site, problem solving, coordinating with supply partners, managing internal processes, and providing technical support, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting Tate's commitment to sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design, integration, and execution of MEP product sets, with emphasis on liquid cooling.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with the project team and stakeholders.
Monitor progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Ensure the Sales Team has all requisite information and data to price opportunities accurately and competitively.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure MEP designs meet technical specifications.
Oversee the supply chain and forecast product needs to prevent shortages and delays.
Deliver installation training and provide on-site and technical support to installing partners around Europe.
Create and distribute technical drawings and documentation.
Provide detailed technical specifications and guidance to ensure flawless project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to exceed expectations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Design, Engineering, Construction Studies, or related discipline.
3+ years construction experience in MEP disciplines in project management/engineering.
Proven track record in a complex, customer‑centric role requiring agility, decisiveness, and commercial acumen.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (15‑25%).
