Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and experienced Handyman to handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards and swift responses for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a broad range of repair skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general repair and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical work, painting, and basic installations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor repair issues quickly and efficiently.
* Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all systems function optimally.
* Assemble and install furniture, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
* Respond to urgent repair requests and provide efficient solutions to minimize disruption.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure all work meets expectations and standards.
* Adhere to company safety policies and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
* Proficiency in a variety of repair skills, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items or use ladders safely.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Valid full Irish driver's license.
