We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our growing motor dealership team.
This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional showroom experience.
As Front Desk Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure smooth customer flow, and support both the sales and service departments.
You will lead reception staff while maintaining a welcoming and professional dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries Oversee reception scheduling and front desk coverage Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication Handle customer concerns and escalate when necessary Maintain accurate records, appointment logs, and customer data Support administrative tasks including invoicing, filing, and reporting Ensure showroom presentation standards are maintained Requirements Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service leadership role (automotive industry experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary OTE €50,000 Career development opportunities Company Car If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
