Care Team Leader We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our care team as a Care Team Leader. This role will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day running of our centre, ensuring that young people receive the best possible care and support. Job Description * To manage the safe running of the centre across all staff teams and working patterns. * To ensure the safe running of the centre when senior management is not present. * To oversee planning, prioritising and organising teams outwith normal working hours of House Management. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting vulnerable young people, be committed to upholding Children's Rights and hold qualifications such as an HNC in Social Care or SVQ Caring for Children and Young People at Level 4 or above.
