Job Description
Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role involves a wide range of duties relating to the transport of products to client sites nationwide as well as management of vehicle fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling client deliveries
* Planning and optimising routes for efficiency
* Updating client information
* Resolving shipping queries
The successful candidate will work closely with the transport team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
About the Role
This is a permanent position based in Shannon. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in a corporate client-focused administration/co-ordination role, preferably in the shipping, logistics or freight sectors.
The ability to work with minimal supervision and manage own projects is essential. A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline is also required.
