Job Title: Channel Account Manager
Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate trade terms and funding in alignment with category strategies.
- Manage key events like product launches, price changes, and trade term breaches.
- Develop and implement customer and joint business plans with internal teams.
- Create and execute promotional plans, ensuring customer alignment.
- Oversee investments, ensuring agreements are documented.
- Work with trading executives on promotion administration.
- Manage new product launches and ensure smooth in-store activations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years of relevant account management experience is required
- Experience with managing accounts at a National level is advantageous
- Strong commercial background with exposure to P&L management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Previous experience in leading and developing direct reports is a plus, but not essential
Additional Information:
- Regular travel and occasional overnight stays are required.
- A full driving license is essential.
- Regular attendance at the Dublin office is expected.
