This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team of experts in SAP services, focusing primarily on the delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementations to large clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading project planning and management activities throughout all phases of project delivery
* Developing high-performing teams by leading design workshops to gain a clear understanding of client industry and business requirements
* Designing and configuring best practice solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
* Producing critical project deliverables, including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, and more
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration testing and supporting other testing activities as required
* Solutioning using design accelerators such as SAP's Enterprise Management Layer (EML) or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use on client engagements
* Providing expert guidance to clients on current and future SAP needs and best practices, including S/4HANA business case development, business transformation, roadmap, and implementation
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) implementations, with at least 2 years in a consulting capacity for internal or external clients
* In-depth knowledge of end-to-end process touch points covering both upstream and downstream integrations to SAP Materials Management, including key benefits and implementation scenarios
* Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
* A strong ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients
