To be successful in this role, applicants must have a significant level of acute nursing care experience and meet the following criteria:
Requirements
1. Registered nurse on the live register of nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
2. 3 years+ relevant post-registration nursing experience
3. Previous management/supervisory experience
4. Recent nursing management experience in the acute sector (an advantage)
5. A post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent (desirable)
6. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, staff, and external bodies
7. Eligibility to work in Ireland
