About the Role
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the delivery team. You'll handle scheduling, documentation, supplier coordination, and basic office-management duties within a serviced workspace.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage team calendars, meetings, and documentation.
* Support procurement and supplier coordination.
* Oversee serviced-office logistics (access, supplies, credits).
* Process expense reports and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
* Maintain smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Bring
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Experience in office coordination or business operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
* Reliable, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
