This role centres on sales administration, lead qualification, and pipeline development, supporting the Sales Director throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Research and generate prospects; manage inbound/outbound lead qualification Book discovery meetings and support preparation of presentations, proposals, and quotes Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate tracking Attend sales meetings and support with notes, follow-ups, and actions Nurture warm leads and coordinate handovers Assist with demos, logistics, and alignment with marketing campaigns Track competitor and market activity Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in sales support, BD, or lead generation (B2B) Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools Confident engaging senior stakeholders; proactive and resourceful Desirable Business/commercial/accounting background Exposure to ERP or enterprise software Experience with HubSpot, JIRA, or similar tools Skills: CRM Microsoft Excel Powerpoint Benefits: Pension Fund Group Life Assurance Hybrid
