In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and sales support for our Tiling range of products to our customers.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical resource for customers and specifiers, offering expert advice on Sika's Tiling rangeAttend project meetings with Contractors and Designers to make Specification recommendationsMeet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Customers, Contractors and SpecifiersDeliver presentations to Customers, Contractors and SpecifiersMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in Sika's CRM systemQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a construction related technical sales role preferredPrevious experience of technical advice for tiling systems will be an advantageProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's licenseAdditional InformationThe chance to bring new ideas, interesting areas for development, and taking responsibility early on are some of the key factors that drive Sika's pioneering spiritFriendly, personable and often surprisingly uncomplicated, that's how many of our employees describe their working relationships at Sika.
