A leading Dublin law firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor (1–5 PQE) to join its market-leading Corporate and M&A team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the most significant and high-value transactions in the Irish market.
The Team
The Corporate and M&A Group is one of the largest and most respected in Ireland. The team advises on complex and innovative transactions across public and private M&A, reorganisations, migrations, joint ventures, venture capital, private equity, and corporate governance. The group consistently works on many of the most high-profile Irish and international deals.
Known for its depth of expertise, responsiveness, and ability to simplify complex issues, the team regularly ranks at the top of Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000. You will also have seamless access to the firm's specialist departments, providing broad exposure to cross-departmental work.
The Role
You will work on:
• Public and private M&A
• Corporate restructurings, migrations and spin-outs
• Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• PLC advisory and corporate governance matters
You will gain hands-on experience from day one, working directly with partners, senior associates and high-profile clients.
Requirements
• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• 1–5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial or transactional work
• Strong technical skills and excellent commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
