About the Role
* Process payroll accurately and efficiently for employees, ensuring timely payments and compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
* Maintain and update employee records, including new starters, leavers, and changes.
* Calculate holiday pay, overtime, and other entitlements.
* Produce payslips and provide assistance with basic payroll queries.
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong interest in payroll, human resources, or finance.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
* Organized time management skills and ability to work independently.
* Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
