Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Business Units and processes managed by the Shared Service Centre.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end processing of PO/Non-PO invoices from all supplier types.
2. Ensure timely and accurate payment activities within agreed terms, fostering positive supplier relationships.
3. Resolve invoice and payment queries proactively.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues to minimize disruptions.
5. Conduct regular aged invoice analysis and implement resolution actions.
6. Perform accurate AP month-end closing activities.
7. Contribute to exceeding PTP performance targets and participate in process improvement initiatives.
8. Support standardization of PTP tasks and adherence to best practices.
9. Ensure compliance with SOX, controls, and audit requirements.
10. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Support team training and development as needed.
12. Identify and contribute to PTP process improvements.
Qualifications
What do you need to be successful:
1. At least 3 years of AP/PTP experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
2. Recent relevant AP/PTP role experience.
3. Relevant certifications or diplomas in Accounting or Finance.
4. ERP system proficiency.
5. MS Office or Google Workspace skills.
6. Fluent in English and ideally another European language.
7. Bonus: Experience with Oracle Financials and Fusion.
8. Proactive problem-solving skills.
9. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
10. Analytical mindset.
11. Focus on continuous improvement.
