 
        
        As a Liability Claims Handler, you will be involved in handling injury or liability cases using agreed claims processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of cases, proactively managing cases to achieve settlements, referring claims outside your authority level, assessing claims against relevant criteria, and managing customer interactions.
You will also be responsible for organizing suppliers to drive proactive settlement of claims, contributing to the development of less experienced colleagues, identifying improvements to policy wordings, and supporting client reviews.
