Who You Are:
An experienced BCBA seeking a clinic-based role to make a community impact. You will assess, oversee ABA interventions for individuals with Autism and developmental delays, and lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs.
Responsibilities:
1. Assessment: Conduct screenings, review referrals, and determine assessment needs.
2. Implementation: Service clients per treatment plans, ensure documentation and compliance.
3. Data Tracking: Collect and analyze data to evaluate and adjust treatment efficacy.
4. Reporting: Communicate progress with families and caregivers.
5. Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans.
6. Training & Supervision: Supervise staff and train students pursuing BCBA certification.
Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree
* Behavior Specialist License
* BCBA Certification
* Completion of 8-Hour Supervision Course
* Experience with developmental delays
Clearances & Training:
* Act 33, 34, 114, 126, 168 Clearances
* CPR/First Aid
* TB/Physical
