The successful person will work closely with and be supported by the Regional Director of Operations in leading the extensive management support team onsite consisting of Accounts/Payroll, HR Generalist, Accommodation Manager, Maintenance team, Activities Team and Clinical Facilitator who manages Training and Development.
With an excellent resource structure in place consisting of x3 ADON's, X5 CNM's and CNS in Dementia Care, the Director of Nursing for this vibrant home will ensure overall clinical care is maintained to a high standard in line with regulatory compliance.

Evidence of continuous professional development.
A post registration management qualification in health or a related field.
Not less than 3 years' experience of nursing older persons within the previous 6 years.
Not less than 3 years' experience in a management capacity in the health and social care area The ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, team members, management and external bodies e.g. HIQA, HSE, GPs etc.
Post registration qualification in dementia care and gerontology, highly desirable.
