We are hiring Staff Nurse intoa Private Hospital in Galway, Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Practice within policies and procedures, legal requirements, guidelines and standards as directed by the Nursing Department and NMBI. Be familiar with and practice within all policies, procedures and standards set out by the hospital.
* Report verbally and in writing, pertinent patient care information to appropriate nursing/medical staff and other clinical staff. Ensure all handover, reports and escalations are carried out using approved ISBAR handover tool.
* Maintain own education records and participate in ongoing professional development/education.
* Ensure effective and efficient use of resources always.
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required by the Clinical Nurse Manager.
Requirements
* Ability to work as part of a team providing a quality service
* Personally and professionally accountable for patient care
* RGN Qualification and NMBI Registration
* Three Years Post Registration Experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
