**Job Title:** Associate Director, IT Operational Technology
The Regeneron Ireland DAC team seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the reliable operation of our IOPS IT/OT infrastructure and operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative direction and support for daily IT operational activities, including responsibility for servers, hardware, communications infrastructure, desktops, and portions of Identity and Access Management (IAAM)
* Ensure integration and coordination with corporate systems and infrastructure
* Manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion, scope, and budget adherence
* Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
* Maintain robust security measures to protect the organization's IT/OT infrastructure
* Collaborate with global teams for Data Center Operations, Network Services, Telecom/communications, and System Monitoring, Asset Management, Desktop Support, and Security
* Develop and implement IAAM policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and systems
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
* 10 years of progressively more responsible experience, including 10 years of management experience and a minimum of three years' experience in an FDA or similarly regulated environment
* Management and delivery experience, including managing a diverse technical team, vendors, and managed services
* Experience in developing and deploying SLAs, metrics, and other best practices, as well as successfully implementing ITIL practices into an organization
* Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning
