Overview
Matrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Manager for our client in the pharmaceutical sector in Wicklow.
You will lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced, GDP/GMP regulated environment, manage a team and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of products.
Your New Role
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations – receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
* Lead and develop your team – recruitment, training, performance management.
* Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP standards, safety policies, and SOPs.
* Drive efficiency – improve processes, optimise inventory, resolve supply chain issues.
What You Need
* 3–5 years’ warehouse management experience, ideally on the pharma/regulated warehousing side.
* Strong people management and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of stock management systems (Sage preferred) and MS Office.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when required. Day's role.
