Position Summary
* Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including reservations, room assignments, payments, and resolving disputes.
* Handle guest calls, requests, and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Provide guests with information about the property and local attractions.
* Maintain accurate reports and financial transactions as per company procedures.
* Follow all safety, security, and company policies, ensuring a professional appearance and confidentiality.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns promptly.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
