Research & Development Engineer (Level 2) is sought to play a key role in developing innovative medical devices that truly impact patient care. What you’ll be doing:
Lead technical elements of product development projects
Contribute to design decisions and ensure high‑quality engineering solutions
Collaborate with physicians, SMEs, and product teams to drive innovation
Develop and maintain design documentation and best practices
Support new processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Apply advanced problem‑solving to complex engineering challenges
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Engineering + ~3 years’ experience (or equivalent)
Experience in medical devices or a regulated industry
Strong analytical thinking and technical writing skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence outcomes
Knowledge of ISO / FDA / EU regulations (a plus)
Comfortable working with AI and data‑driven tools
