* Process purchase orders for Site Services and Engineering, both capital and operating expenses.
* Coordinate stationary orders and arrange distribution/collection.
* Manage credit card transactions for goods and services across departments.
* Handle invoicing and accounting queries/issues from Global Procurement and Accounts.
* Facilitate new vendor setup.
* Assist with ad hoc activities/projects as required.
