This role requires a powerful blend of strategic leadership, program ownership, deep cross-cultural understanding, and operational rigor to ensure consistent, measurable impact across our global workforce. As an AI-first organization, a passion for understanding and leveraging Artificial Intelligence, particularly as it intersects with mental health, the future of work, and positively augmenting our day-to-day work, is a critical requirement.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary mental health and wellbeing OUS strategy lead supporting the EMEA and APAC regions.
* Distill global strategy into effective, impactful, and culturally relevant regional or country-level initiatives in partnership with local Benefits teams.
* Formalize and lead a cross-functional OUS Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy Workgroup, driving alignment, effective vision, methods, and measures.
* Partner with International Benefits teams to analyze mental health benefits utilization and trend data, creating a holistic regional wellbeing picture.
* Establish clear and simple pathways for employees and their families to access mental health care, ensuring a seamless navigation experience globally.
* Update Global Mental Health Standards and collaborate with local Benefits Partners to improve and influence best-in-class mental health coverage through benefits plans.
* Integrate mental health best practices into nuanced regional or local workflows, partnering with core functions like Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, Global Security, and Talent teams.
* Consult with business and country leaders to improve team wellbeing, mitigate burnout, and enhance overall team resiliency.

Operational Management & Global Vendor Partnerships

* Own the OUS strategic management of a selected group of global mental health and wellbeing programs and vendors, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality services worldwide.
* Partner closely with Global Wellbeing Leads on shared vendors to amplify and further integrate OUS services within global programs.
* Manage relationships with all external mental health providers and vendors, ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and timely, high-quality care OUS.
* Build strong regional mental health partnerships through data-driven insights from vendors, including organizing EMEA and APAC Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and analyzing region-level trend data.
* Monitor program effectiveness through robust data analysis, employee feedback, and performance metrics (e.g., utilization, engagement, clinical outcomes).
* Serve as the primary OUS mental health strategy point of contact for OUS Health & Safety, Governance, and Employee Relations teams, ensuring seamless global partnership and supportive consultation.
* Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and responsible resource allocation.
* Create and deliver executive-level presentations that distill complex mental health data into actionable insights and compelling, data-driven narratives for senior stakeholders.

Advocacy, Training & Culture

* Lead cross-functional efforts for Mental Health Month and World Mental Health Day to destigmatize mental health, ensuring culturally relevant regional and local execution.
* Develop and integrate impactful and relevant mental health and wellbeing content into Manager and Employee trainings and workflows, working together closely with local Talent and Safety teams.
* Strategically curate an effective and timely set of focused wellbeing and mental health workshops throughout the year and pivotal moments in partnership with vendor partners and local teams that is relevant to specific cultures and the moment.
* Advise on policy development related to mental health and workplace wellbeing when required.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills

* 10+ years of progressive experience in global workplace wellbeing, organizational development, HR business partnership, Global Benefits, or program management, with a proven track record of independently leading global initiatives and driving measurable results.
* Deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing global mental health programs, including experience managing diverse vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing budgets.
* Advanced analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex mental health data (e.g., utilization trends, clinical outcomes, EAP/medical claims data) into actionable strategies and compelling business cases for executive-level recommendations.
* Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners (e.g., Legal, Finance, Communications, ER) to build buy-in and secure investment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale, complex, and cross-functional global mental health projects, quickly translating strategic vision into operational plans.
* Profound understanding of Outside US benefits structures and cross-cultural considerations in mental health program delivery, ensuring cultural relevance and regional compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

* A relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's, or PhD) in Organizational Development, Clinical Psychology, Public Health, or Human Resources, or equivalent practical experience.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Mental Health First Aid, coaching certifications).
* Highly Desirable: Working knowledge of EMEA/OUS regulatory environments (e.g., GDPR, local mental health/data privacy laws) is a significant advantage.
* A demonstrated interest or experience in how AI technologies can be applied to improve mental health services, personalization, or workforce well-being diagnostics while actively protecting employee privacy and data.
