Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Campaign Manager to take ownership of campaign delivery across various paid social channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns, ensuring they drive measurable return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting across Meta, Tik Tok, and other paid social platforms
* Translate creative concepts and strategies into well-structured campaign builds
* Monitor performance to meet key targets such as ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), MER (Merchant Earnings Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), etc.
* Collaborate with the creative team to test new ideas and scale winning campaigns
